*Position:- SAP Procurement Specialist* *Location:- White Plains, NY 10601* *Duration:- 6+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Face 2 Face * *Key Responsibilities include:* · Prepares bid documents, bid evaluation, outline agreements, purchase orders releases, purchase orders and change notices to contracts as required in support of Information Technology Division. · Reviews OGS and GSA contract terms and conditions including pricing and availability of products and services. · Dollar value of negotiated savings · Customer at Point of Services satisfaction rating · Responsible for preparation, writing and modification of bid documents tailored to the needs of the requestor while ensuring the uniformity and conformance to the Authority’s policies and procedures, and NYS statutory requirements. · Analyze and evaluate proposals submitted by consultants/vendors/contractors, to include evaluation of factors for pricing, terms and conditions, and compliance with internal and NYS statutory documentation submittal requirements. · Administer the bid evaluation process to include preparation of initial bid line-up and/or bid abstract upon bid opening, and direct other divisions to comment on their respective areas pertinent to the bid document.
