This role will help us with day-to-day administration and customization of our SFDC instance, as well as integrations with other business systems including Marketo, Zuora, and Gainsight. *Responsibilities:* Recommendations, implementation and maintenance of Salesforce customizations including custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows, process builder and validation rules. Recommendations, implementation and maintenance of system integrations with our other business systems including Marketo, Zuora, and Gainsight, as well as internal homegrown systems. Support sales and marketing execution across Marketo and Salesforce, from list segmentation to lead workflow to monitoring and reporting. Maintain data cleanliness for completeness and accuracy. Adhere to business operations processes and help document existing processes as they are rolled out and revised. Extrapolate data from online reporting, spreadsheets, and databases Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes. Identify "low hanging fruit" and recommend strategic changes to improve conversions. Identify marketplace trends, tools, and technologies that drive improved acquisition and lead-to-revenue performance. *Education & Experience:* Proficiency with Salesforce.com including knowledge of permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, logical formulas, layouts and field customization. *At least two years of work experience in a data-driven, analytical or process focused role. ADM 201, DEV 401 certifications preferred.* Highly analytical and metrics driven, with a desire to launch, learn, and iterate to continually improve process. *Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Hubspot, etc).
