Long term contract · Strong technical skills in Windows / ESX – *6+ years*. Should be hands on and willing to build servers/ troubleshoot if required · Minimum *2 years experience as team lead/ technical lead* required · Strong interpersonal skills · Ability to communicate effectively and assign work and tasks · Be available off hours as needed to step into highly technical escalations · Communication and Teamwork · Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the Windows Sys Admin team · Maintain close contact with everyone on the Windows Sys Admin team.
