Generates on demand reports to answer various release questions, # enhancements, type, hours, by system, business area, issues, etc. - Coordinates, facilitates meetings with IS partners and BI tech leads to identify release demand, ensure estimates are prepared. Prepares release bundle reports, (excel) identifying resource need, schedule, capital / operational enhancements, etc. - 30% time Production operations, daily standup on events, plans schedules, monthly, qtrly, etc. incident management, coordination, incident closure metrics and reporting, focal point for managed services production operations.
