Job Title : XRM/CRM Developer Location : Raleigh, NC
Duration : 4+ Months Responsibilities: • Create a project plan including hourly estimates by task and milestones to serve as a guide throughout the project. • Evaluate current IMS data structure. • Design new Project Management Database in Microsoft CRM. • Prepare, import and verify data integrity in new database. • Conduct User Group interviews to assess needs and wants for new Project Management Database. • Create custom data entry interface in Microsoft CRM. • Create custom dashboards in Microsoft CRM. • Create custom queries and design report templates in Microsoft CRM. • Create custom export features to interface with Microsoft Access Financial Database and the clients accounting system. • Test user interface and reporting functions with staff and revise accordingly. • Develop and distribute training materials and perform training on new database for DMS staff. Skills Required: • Extensive experience on the CRM 2015 platform to include data migration, and configurations - Required 2 Years • Experience in implementing business intelligence solutions such as Power BI and Data Analytics - Highly desired 2 Years • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methodology - Highly desired 2 Years • Experience with scribe insight - Highly desired 2 Years • Extensive experience with MS products including: .NET, SQL server, Power BI, SharePoint, Active Directory, Java Script, C#, HTML 5 and J Query - Required 2 Years • Possess the ability to lead design sessions and make appropriate decisions in creating an XRM solution - Required 2 Years • Provide strategic planning and process improvement recommendations - Highly desired 2 Years • Provide training for Staff - Required 2 Years This position requires the successful completion of a background investigation and/or drug screen Thanks & Regards Arjun Mallik- Sr Executive Recruiter Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
