Location : Boston, MA Role Release Engineer Tier T2 Responsibilities: · Work with infrastructure teams to maintain web servers, database servers for various regions – DEV, UAT and PROD · Administer the source control system including branching code, backup operations, and performance tuning · Create builds and manage deployments for minor or major releases · Owned stakeholder signoff, participate in deployment process, post deployment verification · Troubleshoot and fix build environment problems · Implementing the Continuous Integration · Creating the build scripts · Identifies areas for improvement and implements automation solutions for release purpose. · Provide customer service to the development group for all release engineering areas of responsibility Required Skills: · 7+ years of experience developing software solutions in support of development group activities such as release engineering or tools development · Experience in Continuous Integration is must · Strong customer service focus is must · Strong ability to work with multiple Agile teams is must · Experience of IBM Rational Clear Quest, IBM Rational Clear Case · Experience in build automation tools like, NAT, ANT, Maven, MS Build, Windows batch scripting, Perl scripting, CI tools like Hudson/Jenkins · Experience in source control management concepts such as branching, merging, labeling/tagging and continuous integration · Experience in code quality tools like SonarQube · Knowledge of Java, C#, WPF or .NET similar modern programming language · Knowledge of Oracle 10g/11g, PL/SQL, UNIX, JBoss are highly preferred · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering degree * Best regards* *Priya* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
