*Location: Minnetonka, MN*

*NOTE: THIS IS NOT A DEVELOPER ROLE, THIS IS A SUPPORT ROLE*



*Description*

The EAI Support Analyst possesses a general understanding of the
technologies and applications supporting Client’s business. They research
complex data, process and integration issues, document break-fix
specifications and participate in delivery of comprehensive solutions. The
EAI Support Analyst is also responsible for Dev/Ops support of internal and
customer-facing enterprise applications including: installation,
administration, maintenance, software configuration management and
operational activities for production systems. The EAI Support Analyst
develops a thorough understanding of the business use of these applications
and the operational processes supported by the applications.



Candidates must have the ability to communicate clearly and at all times be
able to interact with others professionally in a variety of situations. The
role requires collaboration with technical and business experts in the
course of researching and resolving issues.



The EAI Support Analyst creates documentation to describe application
design, logic, coding, support processes and break fixes. Documentation
must be understandable to both the business user and the technical
implementer.



The EAI support Analyst works independently and with teams to plan and
accomplish goals. They must be self-directed in using their experience,
creativity and analytical skills to resolve technology problems.



*Qualifications*

·         Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline
(or equivalent work experience) and 3+ years relevant experience required.



*Specific technology experience required:*

·         IT Dev/Ops support and operations experience

·         Support, analysis & troubleshooting of EAI middleware
applications including real-time and batch transaction processing

·         Extensive experience with administration, support and
troubleshooting for: Tibco ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks, BusinessConnect,
Foresight, EMS Server, Hawk, Rendezvous, SOAP UI

·         Experience with client server and thin-client application
support, incident resolution and administration

·         Experience monitoring and supporting EMS queues

·         Strong SQL skills

·         Familiarity with relational databases and data analysis – Oracle
& MS SQL Server

·         Ability to perform application installation, configuration and
administration in mixed UNIX/LINUX and Windows environment, both virtual
and physical



*Technology experience desired:*

·         Health Insurance IT background

·         Experience supporting claim processing, provider contract,
enrollment and benefit plan processes and applications

·         Scripting for process automation and file manipulation – Unix &
Windows

·         Software Configuration Management

·         Familiarity with ITIL incident, change and release management
best practices

·         Familiarity with Service Desk management tools

·         Familiarity with healthcare payer ANSI X-12 transaction standards
and EDI connectivity methods

·         Knowledge of HIPAA X12 EDI transactions including the 270/271,
837, 835, 820, 276 and 278 formats



*General experience required:*

·         Excellent customer service skills and soft skills (i.e.,
Collaboration, influence and communication)

·         Performing support for production application systems including
testing, administration and installation to maintain enterprise technology
operations

·         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve, or identify for escalation,
complex support issues, determine root cause and implement or facilitate a
solution

·         Documenting technical requirements for application break-fix and
new-feature development

·         Recording technical issues and associated troubleshooting steps
and resolution

·         Experience with information technology operational support
methodologies and best practices

·         Providing user training in the course of resolving service tickets

·         Participate in high-level system design and contribute to
technical design documents

·         Achieve full compliance with business policies
