Duration: 12 Months · SaaS is a must. · Would like someone with GLOBAL SalesForce knowledge. · Do not submit a sales people... still must be a Project Manager. *Job Description * The PM will need to support development of the sales process across all North American business units, and implementing the monitoring and tracking mechanisms for it within Salesforce. Knowledge of sales processes, Salesforce, and technology implementations (specifically through cloud SaaS vendors and integrating to back-end on-premise systems) are preferred. Ability to work within complex global organizations will be helpful. Familiarity with building a sales culture and just general change management would be beneficial · Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. · Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. · Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. · May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. · Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. · Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. · Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. · A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
