Duration: 18 months Description: · Have a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in developing programs using Mainframe COBOL, DB2, CICS, MVS/TSO, JCL and related technologies. · Be proficient in writing programs using Mainframe COBOL, DB2, CICS, MVS/TSO, JCL, Batch & Online Mainframe COBOL, working with flat files in a COBOL Batch environment. · Be an expert in writing efficient SQL queries and using stored procedures in Mainframe DB2. · Have the ability to tune COBOL, DB2, CICS programs to increase performance. · Be an expert in deriving and understanding business rules by reviewing existing programming with little or no documentation. · Have good communication, documentation and user requirement gathering skills.
