Experience: 8-10 Yrs.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
*Technical/Functional Skills* :
Must have hands-on experience working with Delmia V6, Enovia V6 2012 x &
beyond
Must be able to develop Solution Architecture and implementation strategy
for Delmia
+7 years’ Experience in Delmia V6, Enovia V6, preferably 2013x version.
Must have knowledge of XPDM Interface and Enovia / Delmia Integration
connectors
Must be aware of functional PLM value chain and concepts of EBOM, MBOM, BOP
Must have integrated Delmia with downstream systems like MES and ERP.
Able to coordinate internal resources for testing, but also support and
coordinate testing activities during SIT and UAT
Proven experience in leading workshops to identify requirements, provide
solutions and validate design/configuration
Minimum 6 yrs. strong experience as Technical Architect or onsite
delivery role
Must have experience in Enovia centrals
Enovia upgrade experience
Expertise in C,C++, MQL,Java
Installation & Configuration experience desired
Knowledge of OOTB feature of various Centrals
Functional understanding of Item & BOM Management, Compliance Management,
Change Management and Manufacturing Process
Experience in Aerospace, Automotive,
Energy & Hi-Tech Industry
preferred but not mandatory
*Roles & Responsibilities*
Develop Solution Architecture and Implementation Roadmap
Identify technical and functional challenges, risks and mitigation plans
Support the development of a To-Be Process
Facilitation of meetings to define use cases and detail functional
specification
Support and coordinate all aspects for Testing activities (CRP, SIT, UAT)
Active participation on training and transition activities.
Requirement Analysis
Coordination with SMEs for requirements
Provide proof of concept(POC) if required
Capture all the requirements in the Quality Center (QC)
Document all the OOTB defects and follow up with DS.
Functional Spec Documentation
Obtain BRD and FS sign off from business team
Technical Design
Provide functional support to development and testing team
Coordinate SIT and UAT with business users.
Provide demos to users as and when required
Prepare training material and arrange training sessions for business users
*Generic Managerial Skills*
Ability to work independently; lead small teams focused on specific
work streams of larger projects
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good Analytical skill, Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Eagerness to mentor junior team members
Proficient use of Power Point presentation tool, and MS office tools.
Proven writing skills for mass communication. Ability to document use
cases, requirements and relevant technical documentation.
Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of six sigma is added advantage
