*Hi**,*

*A Systems LLC* is looking for *.Net Developer(**Only USC or GC**)
**at **Lewisville,
TX* <http://www.zip-codes.com/city/TX-LEWISVILLE.asp>

Please share your updated resume to Amit at amit@*asystemsllc.com*
<http://gmail.com/> OR feel free to contact me at *404-462-0967*

Description for this role is below.

Only USC or GC

Absolute MUSTS:

· 5+ years business-class application development - really looking for
experienced/senior people who have built moderate to complex business-class
applications incorporating basic control functions like workflow and
business rules to help business users (Agents) make informed business
decisions to help solve customer issues (i.e., presenting lots of
information in a useful manner with no visible display delays)

· Primary operating environment is Desktop presented through Citrix
(Winforms & WPF) - please note, many candidates are going to be promoting
their Web development experiences (e.g., Angular...). We need Desktop

· MS stack - WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), C#, SQL Server and
WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)

· Please note that the core of all our applications is heavy, heavy, heavy
on the backend so:

· WCF, C# and SQL are really critical.

· Moving to a SOA architecture so programming with Micro Services
and REST-based APIs are also critical

· Please note that 2 of the 3 applications also require a solid experience
base with UI programming so:

· WPF is critical

· Programming experience with PRISM and Global Conceptual UI
Framework design patterns like MVVM (Model View View Model) or MVC (Model
View Controller) are essential

Bonus Experiences:

· All of our applications are developed using the Agile methodology. We
have found having some experience with Agile has made the transition into
the team that much more smooth; so this is preferred.

·  Exposure to Workflow programming and Rules engine programming a bonus;
specifically IBM BPM (Business Process Management) and ODM (Operational
Decision Management) a plus. Please note, this is a plus, but not
necessary. Many programmers write this kind of logic in-line as these
tools are expensive and require separate expertise that companies don’t
invest in. Therefore, during your interviews, please explore the kind of
development they did to see if you can get them to explain the kind of
application they built. If they talk about workflow and rules constructs,
then they most likely understand and have the analytical background that we
are looking for. If not, that will most likely be a sign that they have
limited business-class application development experience.

· Exposure to Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) architectures a plus. We use
Data Power.

Other (Specific User Experience Specialist):

· When we met, I talked about a unique position we are also looking for.
This is the Senior level Designer, Architect, Developer “User Experience”
specialist. This is an extremely senior level position. This person is
truly a “student” of user experience design/architecture. They are very
rare and hard to find. They will have (*) all of the front end UI skills
from above and (*) a uniquely written resume tailored to highlighting their
expertise in user experience design and development.

Our Environment:

· SQL 2008 R2

· .Net 4.0 for Desktop running on Citrix -- (migrating to 4.5 in Feb at
least on the web servers only)

· Visual Studio 2015

Other:

· Ideally, we would like to have as an option to flip to full-time.
Therefore, we would like to know up front if they are H1 or Citizen/Green
Card holders

· Strong communication skills

· Strong Initiative; solid analytical skills, able to operate with little
direction and management (Initiative, energy, drive, accustomed to
autonomous accountability)

· Ability to filter noise, know when to escalate concerns (minimize
floundering) to maintain high levels of productivity

· Works well in a team environment

· Works well under pressure

· Experience and/or knowledge of the mortgage industry a plus

Thanks & Regards,
