*Job description:*
Production support of MSBI Reports, SSIS packages.
Deploy SSAS Data models in Production
Administer access rights in reporting for end users.
Customer break/fix support on any Data Models and the associated reports
SSIS Packages and Cube review
Proactive monitoring on Job Status, Data refreshes and Performance of Job
Troubleshoot ETL Routines , SQL server agent errors, SSIS catalogs,
Coordinate with infrastructure support team and other teams towards uptime
of Reports.
Ticket Reporting every quarter.
Incident and Work order resolution as per SLA.
Analyze , Perform RCA and apply fixes
