Information Security Engineer - Algosec
Algosec/PCN/Firewall (templates/risk rules) SME(s) a higher priority
• Creation of risky rules to be used in customized risk profiles. We are in
need of a resource that has an understanding of Algosec’s risk profiles and
risky rules specifically situations to create these risky rules using XML
if needed. Additionally, the resource needs to be able to copy canned risky
rules from within the client’s Algosec system into our customized risk
profiles if needed to work around some Algosec issues. Knowledge of XML and
XQL is required because that is the language used for customizing risky
rules. Understanding of NIST, ISO network traffic standards is a plus but
not required.
• Ideally, we want this person in Houston, TX.
• Expertise in Algosec risk profiles / rules management – rules
porting, creation / migration of risk profiles & risk rules
• Expertise in XML and XQL
• Understanding of NIST, ISO network traffic standards is a plus
