· Required Business Analyst has some experience in the *Retail
Industry*
· Required *Two Full Lifecycles* working as the primary Business
Analyst for an Enterprise Custom Application. It is preferable that this
experience includes integration, conversion, workflows and GUI requirements.
· Exposure to Enterprise Software Solutions, i.e., *Salesforce.com,
Oracle EBS*, etc.
· Ability to facilitate user workshops to finalize design
decisions
· Ability to translate business needs into business requirements
· Ability to document / read As-Is and To-Be process flow diagrams
· Ability to write training materials and procedure manuals
· *MS Office* skills required, which includes MS Visio, MS Power
Point, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project
· Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing priorities and
technology
