Loc: Chicago, IL *Job Description:* - 8 to 10 years of experience leading application development teams through end to end systems delivery life cycles for packaged and custom enterprise business applications. - Minimum of 6 years of Java/J2EE development experience and at least 3 years of Pegasystems development experience. - Experience leading complex application integration efforts. Deep knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns and core technology solutions including IBM MQ, JMS and enterprise service bus platforms such as BizTalk and Data Power - Proven leadership skills around resource planning, delegating, estimating and prioritizing work. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. - Experience managing projects and teams in an Agile environment using Scrum.
