Inperson interview required. Must be H1b visa, Green Card Holder, US Citizen, OR TN Permit. No to OPT/CPT/EADs. *Must have Strong experience with*: *As a Operations Analyst (2 years - recent), exp with Different Operational systems (such as PeopleSoft/Navigator, Salesforce and MicroStrategy), Expert with MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, Macros and formulas) - MUST* Responsible for analysis, validation, cleansing, collection and reporting. Retrieve and analyze information / data from various sources, including manual files, external websites and databases. Respond to informational / data inquiries from various groups within the organization. Create and publish regularly scheduled and/or ad hoc reports as needed. Document reporting requirements, processes and validate data components as required. Knowledge of query tools and experience with relational databases and/or statistical analysis is required. Strong analytical and organizational skills required. *Required Qualifications:* Must possess expert level knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, Macros and formulas). Ability to interface and prior experience with different operational systems (such as PeopleSoft/Navigator, Salesforce and MicroStrategy) is a must.
