- Experience installing Kronos software ( New implementation/upgrades) &
Service Pack
- Good understanding of Oracle DB/working experience with the same
- Monitoring of the application, database, paths and servers
- Perform installations of Kronos Workforce Central suite products
- End to end application installation and configuration
- Monitoring and troubleshooting report engines and reports
- Monitoring and troubleshooting queries and SQL
- Locate and use WFC logs for the purposes of issues resolution
- Ad hoc SQL queries to aide in troubleshooting
- Data Collection Manager installation, setup, configuration and
troubleshooting
