Job Description:
• 7-9 years of overall testing experience
• Should be able to drive test strategy, create test plans, write test
scripts and do thorough testing
• Should have excellent communication skills – verbal as well as written
• Should be able to understand requirements, seek clarification and
translate them into test cases.
• An understanding of Agile software development principals such as Scrum,
Continuous Integration, and test-driven development
• Manual Testing skills primarily needed
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• Experience of Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) is plus
• Experience of HR and Payroll domain is plus
Note: Pay-roll domain experience is a Must.
