*Position: 1* *Skill: **MDM Architect * *Location: **Eden Prairie, MN* *Contract:** 6 Months Contract To Hire* *Job Function Description:* This position leads the development, communication and implementation of Individual (Customer) Master Data Management architecture and applications plan, including the components required to support it and in the integration of corporate and business architectures and applications. Responsible for coordinating, administering and supporting activities related to data planning, data recovery and development and related projects. - Reviews the work of others. - Develops innovative approaches. - Sought out as expert. - Serves as a leader/ mentor. *Job Scope & Guidelines:* - Works with clients to integrate customer master data from disparate systems to provide a single view of the customer master data. - Assesses current systems and customer needs and identifies ideas for system improvements. - Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them. - Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues. - Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business. - Participates in the development of business strategy. - Performs complex conceptual analyses. - Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement. - Forecasts and plans resource requirements. - Authorizes deviations from standards. - Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences. - Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches. - Directs cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams. - Motivates and inspires other team members. *Fully proficient with the following competencies:* - Analyzing business requirements - Performing options analysis - Developing conceptual designs - Ensuring quality and alignment of conceptual designs - Demonstrating and applying knowledge of enterprise architecture and standards - Architecting/Designing Business Intelligence solutions - Developing/Enhancing/Integrating Business Intelligence solutions *Specific Skills Required:* - *Hands-on experience on Talend.* - *Experience building architecture using Big Data Technology, specifically ,Hadoop, MapR, Talend, and Cloud Architecture.* - *Experience building of MDM architecture.* - *Experience building complex enterprise level SOA architecture ,specifically, JSON, Web Svc, SOAP, ESB, OAuth Security, etc.* - *Knowledge of the Healthcare domain.* *Position: 2* *Skill: **MDM Data Analyst * * Location: **Eden Prairie, MN* *Contract: 6 Months* IN PERSON PREFERRED Data Analyst on the Individual Master Data Management (MDM) technical product team.
