Support Managers to drive a program or projects. Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy. Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities. Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes. Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress. Essential Functions: • Coordinates and monitors overall timing, scheduling, and technical performance of assigned program(s). • Develops and presents status of assigned programs both internally and externally. • Assists in the requirements gathering and design of Reports. • Ensures adherence to master plans, schedules and develops recommended solutions for program problems, opportunities and issues. • Collaborate with other teams for successful deliverable • Develop and manage project plans with focus on deliverables, timelines Qualifications • Proven work experience working with large financial data marts and defining financial reporting requirements • Accounting/Finance background preferred • Prior MSFT Program/Project Management experience a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Karnak reports is a plus. QUALIFICATION DETAILS: To get started, it looks like you roll up to Treasury Non-Credit - MS 1010 correct? Can you give me a quick overview of what your team does, and why you’re looking to bring on a contractor? (Replacement, increased workload, new project, etc.) --Treasury Non-Credit - MS 1010 --Covers all the products within finance for online business; Advertising, 365 etc. --This team specifically handles online based work, for example: online credit services. --Onboard costumers and review credit worthiness. Make sure they have no issues covering the bills. --They have another team that handles all issues that are not online specific, but they are not working together. Once we get going on this, what are the things that are most important to you - is it finding all the right skills, sticking to a budget or timeline, or something else along those lines? --most important is timeline. Need/want someone to start MARCH 1ST. So that suppliers can paint a good picture to candidates, can you walk me through what a typical day might look like? Does your team work standard core hours or does that vary? --This person will be handling office matrix, as well as projects that are in place to improve systems and processes. --Project is focused on reporting for all lines of businesses within the online services. --Final result: to have a report that can be accurate and used to develop analysis behind that scenes. Design a new report to capture information. Capture all online transactions.
