-5+ years of proven experience in installation, configuration and
administration of the following:

-SiteMinder Policy Server

-CA Federation Services

-CA Directory Services

-CA Secure Proxy server

-CA SiteMinder Policy Server with SAML integration experience

-Authentication, Authorization & Security experience.

-Familiarity with Directory Services, DB2 and SQL Databases.

-Experience with Shell and Perl scripting

-Experience with redundancy and resiliency applied to create a high
availability service

-Willingness to work in a 24X7 environment and on on-call support.

The candidate should have experience with working in a multi team operation
model. The person should also have experience in installing, configuring,
and troubleshooting middleware products such as IBM WebSphere, Apache
Tomcat & CA SiteMinder with a minimum of 5+ years experience supporting
high-availability enterprise sized web applications.

The candidate will be part of a team which will assist in 24/7 support of
the platform. The candidate will perform duties per JPMC standards
regarding engagement, change management and escalations. The candidate will
interact with vendors and work on root cause analysis and incident reports
when necessary. The candidate will have broad platform responsibilities as
needed and expected from operations team members.

   - Provide assistance to junior engineers with application related
   questions
   - Build Environments to specifications
   - Proactive system monitoring functions, real-time responses, and
   performance tuning
   - Efficient in building RPMs on Linux OS
   - Perform root cause & system log analysis
   - Maintain operational support and related system documentation
   - Trouble ticket research, troubleshooting, and resolution
   - Ability to work on multiple initiatives outside the scope of the day
   to day activities
   - Provide 24/7 application support to production and lower environments
   - Effectively report issues, risks, and timely status to the team
   - Be familiar with creating documentation using WIKI 3.0
