I am the Director of Talent Acquisition at Sonoma Consulting and I am currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for a *.Net Developer *position that will be based out in *Phoenix, AZ*. *Job Title: .Net Developer* *Location: Phoenix, AZ* *Duration: 12+ Months* *NO OPT's / CPT's* *Senior Developer:* Five to 10 years of web development experience in Microsoft .NET environment. *Developer:* Two to five years of web development experience in Microsoft .NET environment. *Multiple positions Midlevel to senior….Keep the rate low…* Skills: · Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents programs using Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, C#, SQL, JavaScript, Entity Framework, and Oracle. · Analyzes, designs and writes specifications for programs. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation. · Designs web pages, processes and programs to meet business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. · Ensures programs meet standards and technical specifications; performs technical analysis and component delivery. · Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. · Assists technical lead in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks. · Develops test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews. · Completes unit test and assures that the functionality is completed as documented or designed. *Qualifications* Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or related fields · Minimum 5+ years programming in Microsoft environment. · Minimum 2+ years in Microsoft .NET experience. · Minimum 3+ years in C# or VB.NET experience. · Minimum 2+ years in MVC experience. · Minimum 1+ years in JQuery experience. · Minimum 1+ years in JavaScript experience. · Minimum 2+ years SQL Server or Oracle experience. · Minimum 2+ years SQL LINQ experience. · Minimum 3+ years of Object Oriented Analysis and Design experience *Desired:* · Experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS) will be preferred. · Experience working with ORM such as Entity Framework or NHibernate · PL/SQL experience will be preferred. · Reporting Services (SSRS) is preferred but not required. · Prior experience in Oracle reports may be preferred · Proven Javascript, JQuery, and Infragistics skills will be preferred · Experience in previous public health or medical services domain is preferred but not required James Kumar- Director Recruiting Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
