*Position: UI/UX Designer* *Location*: *Long Beach, CA* *Duration: Long term* *Note: Visa Copy & ID Proof Mandatory..* *Job description:* Required Skills and Experience: · 8+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications. · Well versed in emerging web technologies and responsive web design principals should be conversant with mobile and web usability concepts. · Hands on experience in designing and developing applications for handheld devices (mobile, tablets). · Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies · Expertise in design tools and ability to prototype rapidly to bring designs to life through code. · Hands on experience in wire framing skills with expertise in tools like Balsamiq, Visio, Powerpoint story boards etc. · Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and associated design tools etc. · Experience in designing and developing applications using HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript. · Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audience. · Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective User Interface solutions. · Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique · Experience in working in Agile and Iterative Development Methodologies. · Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. · Excellent team player with ability to work with multiple vendors and internal departments. · Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills. · Share references of web pages created for applications in past engagements.
