Define the conceptual model, UI paradigms, frameworks and Navigation models 2. Define Use cases and scenarios 3. Detailed information and interaction design, prototypes and specifications 4. Track, measure and improve designs 5. Conduct design reviews to drive consensus within Design team and with Engineering and Product Management 6. Work with User Research to validate designs 7.
