Mid Level Business Analyst with *SAP/Salesforce*, Strong *Technical
Analysis, *and* Microsoft Excel*.

This position resides in the IJS Division of EFI, Specifically Global
Service and Support. The role will serve to develop structure and provide
basic analytical tools and approaches for new data being generated by
Salesforce, FS360 and SAP.  The individual will work closely with IS&T,
Quality and Service Systems Development to build the underlying foundation
for reporting tools and dashboards to be used by Service Management
Globally.  The ultimate objective is to ensure that the data being
generated by these new service systems can be understood, interpreted and
integrated into the day-to-day IJS Service Business.   Lastly, the role
will define detailed definitions of both individual metrics and reports
generated by the these systems.



*Job Description:*

·         Track, analyze and manage the data and reports generated by
Service Systems

·         Write and own definitions, how to guides and other relevant
information to enable users to run reports AND correlate data to action
plans

·         Assisting the IS&T, Quality and Service System teams in
translating application functionality into usable output and the production
of a Technical User Documentation

·         Ensure internal functional groups can efficiently use data and
reports to drive business results

·         Provide internal training of reports, workflows and underlying
data from end to end for all relevant resources



*Job Requirements:*

·         2 year BA/BS degree required; BA or BS preferred

·         Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP,
Data Warehouse Application, Crystal Reports

·         Minimum 2 years experience in technical analysis role

·         Strong writing skills; ability to take a complex topic and
distill it down to the key messages for the field to take action

·         Master Excel user; Competent with all other Microsoft Office
Products

·         Strong technical acumen; ability to understand EFI Service System
technology, and translate that knowledge into an actionable, clear
deliverable to the field

·         Ability to independently develop and/or lead the development of
materials and initiatives to produce output which meets or exceeds the
business requirements

·         Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Works independently with the ability to multi-task while having
excellent attention to detail

·         Quality business processes/knowledge preferred; Six Sigma Green
Belt/Black belt a plus
