Role: SAS Contractor with Healthcare Location: Minnesota Interview type: phone or Skype Candidates needed: ASAP Contract is 6+ months with extensions likely Job Description for SAS Contractor *What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position (please be detailed on what they will be doing day to day)* 1. Various development projects and operational activities to support the M&R Finance organization 2. Work on ad-hoc customer requests that may lead to creation of complex queries and reports using SAS EG?? 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact on managed processes in-light of changes migrations in the upstream systems - take remedial actions as necessary ?? 4. Write SQL queries to retrieve data from multiple data sources 5. Design and develop SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages to load data from multiple data sources 6. Develop SQL queries to retrieve/combine data to address business questions Must have qualifications/experience: 3-5 years of experience in software development (using languages such as Java, .NET, or SAS (including Macro programming) 3-5 years of SQL programming skills 3-5y ears of data analysis and reporting experience Demonstrated experience with developing, enhancing, and integrating Data Warehouses/Data Marts and Business Intelligence Solutions???
