Hands-on experience in IBM uDeploy tool 2. Install/Configure uDeploy on the servers and perform initial setups/checks 3. Analysis of existing deployment process & develop strategy to convert to IBM uDeploy 4. Change Management Experience 5. Interact with the Client and TCS Onshore/Offshore teams 6. Provide support during code deployment into the SIT/UAT/Production environments 7. TroubleShoot and assist teams and provide solutions for any problems faced by them *Desirable Technical Skills* Change Management Mandatory Functional Skills 1. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams, business users and customer 2. Strong communication 3. Strong troubleshooting skills 4.
