*Jira and Confluence experience as must* *Qualifications:* • Prior experience with application engineering strongly desired • Ability to own multiple application engineering duties and provide post-implementation server and client support • Attend application team meetings representing Engineering with technical and non-technical staff and document deployment requirements • Work with offshore Engineering team to complete deployments, sometimes hands-on other times oversight responsibilities • Administrative experience with Windows 2003/2008/2012 Server O/S • Intermediate knowledge MS IIS web platform. Understanding of http/s, SSL, Microsoft IIS 6.0/7.x/8.0 administration and configuration, networking protocols. • General understanding of networking/LAN/WAN/DMZ concepts • MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012 administrative experience and relational database concepts. • Creation of simple SQL queries, running pre‐defined scripts, configuration, security, and interpreting logs and traces. • Working knowledge of LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory • Jira 6.3.11 / Confluence 5.5.2 deployment and configuration required • TomCat 7.0 installation, configuration, troubleshooting • Aris 9.8.1 installation, configuration, troubleshooting • VDS (virtual directory service) • TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 • Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills • Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems i.e. remote access tools, Windows Support tools, connectivity tests, etc. • Understanding of performance monitoring and capacity analysis • Proficient written and verbal English skills • Familiarity with ITIL (certification preferred, but not required) *Other Requirements* • General understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to enterprise environment. • *Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extra non‐standard hours • Ability to work well within a multi‐disciplinary team structure, but also independently • MCP/MCSE certification (optional, but preferred) *Thanks,* *Sudhir Dubey* United Software Group Inc.. 565 Metro Place South.
