*Duration: 1 year contract as of now with chance of extension *


Responsible for the support of a large State of Michigan IBM DataCap
project. Contributes considerable business and technical knowledge to
complex IT projects.



Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in IBM DataCap administration and structured
development methodology

Experience with MS Server 2008 – 2012

Experience with Windows 7-10

Experience Windows Active Directory

Experience with SQLServer 2008, 2012, 2014

Preferable experience in IBM Rational toolset, including, but not limited
to Clear Case and Clear Quest

Computer Science or Business degree or equivalent working experience

Excellent communication and teamwork skills - works well with diverse teams
and independently

Self-starter with excellent organization, planning, detail oriented
documentation and time management skills

Experienced with the full project lifecycle from conception to
implementation and support including batch and interactive design

Experience with 24/7 problem solving in an existing, complex environment
including monitoring disk, CPU and network performance anomalies and the
ability to act immediately upon system and/or network performance alarms

Experienced with the use of capacity plans to plan for future growth within
the boundaries of the current design

Demonstrated experience in configuration management

Knowledge of VMware, physical server configuration, and network
configurations

Multi-platform and multi-system integration experience
