We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *SuccessFactors LMS Administration Lead *position that will be based out in *Hopkins, MN*. *Job Title: SuccessFactors LMS Administration Lead* *Location: Hopkins, MN* *Duration: 3+ Months* *CANDIDATES CAN WORK REMOTELY OR ON-SITE* *Responsibilities* · Consult with Business Units to successfully design and deploy e-learning, mobile and social learning content and programs in a complex global enterprise · Consult with Cargill SF Integration Team and other SF module owners to manage system-wide operations and issues · Consult with SAP to troubleshoot and solve LMS and related learning technology issues · Manage Cargill iContent server and connection into LMS · Work with SAP to deliver premium iContent services to Cargill clients · Manage LMS workflow access, security classes, and profiles for entire LMS · Consult with Enterprises to design, implement and manage domains and catalogs for LMS · Manage LMS and Jam integrations through BizX · Manage VLS connectors into WebEx and Skype and interface with appropriate groups and vendors to support · Manages the LMS quarterly releases · Manage and lead the global LMS Administrator community · Develop and manage LMS policies and governance *Qualifications* · Thorough understanding of SuccessFactors LMS · Ability to successfully execute LMS connectors including setup of an interface file, import into SFTP folder, and execute through LMS connector for data imports (user, competency, item, and curriculum connectors) · Understand and navigate complex, global, enterprise learning ecosystems · Strong ability to consult and solution with high-level Enterprise leaders · Experience managing LMS integrations with SF modules · Experience with the SF mobile app for LMS and Jam · Self-directed, detail oriented, collaborative Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
