Resource will act as the technical lead on the Remedy Upgrade project, working closely with BMC, to ensure proper installation and configuration of Remedy 8.1 application based on the Business Requirement Document. Resources is also responsible for enabling and supporting all the integrations with the Remedy application. *Job Description: * Responsibility · Analyze and design new systems, develop enhancements to existing systems. · Determine source data, processing requirements, output formats, timing and cost estimates. · Verify that system meets performance criteria. · Design, implement, and document procedures. · Design/modify, code, debug, test, and document moderately complex to complex application systems · Install and test software packages. · Install and maintain operating systems software in a computing center · Consult on the use of complex software packages. · Advise users regarding program techniques and design. · Maintain program libraries, users' manuals, or technical documentation. *Requirements* · Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in the software development/deployment space · Understanding of distributed system infrastructure · Experience implementing package solutions · Experience with highly configurable systems · * Solid understanding of UNIX/Linux commands* · * Knowledge of BMC Remedy 8.1* · * Solid verbal and written communication* · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field. · 3-5 years of experience in IT coding.
