*OBJECTIVE*
The Consultant shall have key responsibility for planning the
centralization of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) process and the
preparation for the implementation of the company’s IAM system. There are
over 200 applications in the company, spread among the various programs,
many with their own access management processes and structure. The
Consultant shall do an assessment of all of these and create a plan to
migrate all processes into the centralized one. The Consultant shall have
the responsibility to help deliver a large and complex IAM program.
*SCOPE*
The scope of work includes all of the following:
- Build the strategy for IAM services that are robust and scalable to
support employees, contractors, and partners.
- Assist staff with the user IAM system planning and implementation to
develop a work flow process to ensure a centralized tracking and managing
of access and governance of user and administrator rights.
- Help deliver a large, complex IAM program in the areas of
Provisioning/De-provisioning, Directory, Highly Privileged Accounts, Access
Governance, Single Sign On, Cloud and On Premise Applications.
- Manage project schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Identify project risks and develop/propose countermeasures.
- Partner with company’s System Administration Group to develop solution
designs for the IAM solution.
- Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to staff. This includes
working with technical staff and facilitating the transition of support
responsibilities to technical staff.
*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*
The Consultant must meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience within the last eight (8) years applying
security principles in advanced application, network and security
architectures using industry standard security practices, policies and
protocols.
- Must have completed two (2) projects within the last four (4) years
leading technical security teams supporting IAM systems.
- Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years assessing
applications, creating plans and migrating all processes into a centralized
IAM program using IAM technologies.
- Five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years working
in project management, three (3) of which must have been as the technical
project/program lead.
- Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years with
centralized user provisioning in a role-based provisioning environment.
- Three (3) years of experience within the last five (5) years creating
and modifying workflows for implementing business flows.
- Must have completed one or more of the following Certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Certified information Security Manager (CISM)
