I Have a mid-level and a 2 year developer role in downtown Dallas can’t do anything higher than 45/hr C2C. Mid-Level *Required* • Strong OO and database design background • Outstanding analytical, technical and critical thinking skills • Ability implement applicable software design patterns • Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to provide estimations, risk assessments, technical documents and meet deliverables in a timely manner • Complete understanding of full software lifecycle development • The candidate will play a critical role in design, development and testing of mission-critical enterprise software for the client. You should be comfortable working with complex/multi-tier applications including Web Services, UI frameworks and databases. • Must exhibit a strong desire to identify, learn and adapt new technologies as applicable to solve business problems. • 4-year college degree required, CS or Software Engineering • 4+ years of software engineer/developer experience in a structured software development environment • Proven knowledge of C# and .Net framework (ASP.Net, including MVC and Web API, asynchronous programming).
