The candidate must have experience with Hadoop data preparation. Technological competence and experience must include Pig, Hive, and MapReduce. The candidate must have integrated data warehouse experience. Teradata experience is preferred but not required. Any experience with data virtualization, specifically with Denodo, is a plus. Responsibilities: Responsible for defining solution and architecture based on requirements. Work with other solution architects to define and implement Data Integration, Delivery, & BI solutions. Qualifications: · 5-7 years experience with Datawarehouse Development, Maintenance & Support. · 3-5 years experience as Datawarehouse Architect · 5-7 years experience with SQL · 5-7 years experience with Linux & Shell Scripts · 5-7 years experience with Enterprise-class Workload Automation tool. · 2-5 years experience with Map-R, Pig, Hive, Hadoop required · 5-7 years experience with Big Data & Over Petabyte sized databases · 3-5 years experience with BI tools (Teradata preferred) · 3-5 consulting experience desired · Solid understanding of ETL & Data Warehousing methods and technologies · Experience with Agile development for Datawarehouse desired · Strong knowledge of Datawarehouse Methodologies, Processes, & Best Practices · Strong documentation skills (Architecture, Source-to-Target mappings, LDM, PDM, etc.) · Experience working with Offshore teams · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and with others · Excellent interpersonal skills · Excellent Customer Service skills · A college or university degree in computer science or related experience · Telecom experience preferred Regards…..
