*We are seeking two candidates that are expert level with Cisco Identity
Services Engine (ISE).*



*This is a client facing role and candidates will be traveling to client
locations to provide technical leadership for their Cisco ISE solutions.
This role is 100% remote and most of the travel will be in the North
Carolina area. Candidates must live near a major airport and open to travel
over 50%. *

*2 year contract – Client would like to see some GC or US candidates.*

The primary role of the Network Security Engineer is to plan, design,
implement, audit, optimize and troubleshoot network security solutions and
products for a rapidly growing customer base. This will include providing
subject matter expertise, consulting, and knowledge transfer around
specific technologies, solutions and products. The ideal candidate will
have a solid background in the delivery of Cisco Security Solutions and
must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience with solution design,
implementations and support. Also this position requires the ideal person
to work with various customers to implement network security solutions
primarily focused on policy enforcement -- Cisco ASA (FW/VPN), Cisco
Security Manager (CSM), Cisco FirePOWER, IDS/IPS, NAC, Client, 802.1x and
traffic Analysis and Security Monitoring (Lancope StealthWatch, SIEM). The
individual will consult while working as part of a delivery team and/or
individually as the delivery lead. This ideal resource should have
experience with providing customers with technical and best practice
guidance, hands-on configuration, deployment support, product training, and
project management support.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*


Engineer and implement solutions on a wide variety of data network and data
security elements.
Provide on-site and remote project support of network security, analysis
and monitoring solutions, services and products.
Local coverage (Carolinas) and Fortune 5 1000 throughout the US Travel
(target < 50%)
Perform project management functions for customer engagements, including,
but not limited to, project scheduling, project tracking, and
status/completion reporting.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Work efficiently with customer support team to solve customer issues.
Lead internal and customer facing meetings via WebEx, telephone and/or
in-person.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

*Qualifications and Experience*


Working knowledge of Security Services, Networking, Security Policy, and
Consulting
Proven experience installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting
network security solutions and related monitoring tools; including: L2/L3
network devices,
Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN Solutions, Web Application Firewalls, Content
Filtering,NetFlow knowledge and analysis is a plus
Industry / Vendor certifications such as Cisco CCDP/CCNP or equivalent
Strong diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
