Hope you are doing great… *Job Title: Truecomp Tester * *Location: Sunnyvale, CA* *Duration: 6+ month * *Essential Job Functions: * · Serve as a subject matter expert in all areas impacting User acceptance testing and UAT coordination o Define scenarios o Write test scripts and test cases o Mock up data o Manage test cases execution – work with SMEs o Provide testing tracking and reporting o Defect management – Participate in ongoing analysis of testing defects, recommending solutions and implementing fixes · Provide analytical expertise in the commission processes and systems tested, working with team to identify opportunities for improvements · Collaborate with business groups across the pay cycle process, including Worldwide Sales Compensation, Geo Compensation and Payroll *Must Have exp* · Equivalent relevant experience testing Financial or sales compensation applications · Experience in Callidus TrueComp on-premise and on-demand is desired, Callidus Cloud. · Understand basic TrueComp data structure and data flows · Desired 6 - 8+ years’ experience with payfile generation / variable compensation management · Excellent computer skills including database management, SQL, DB2 is desired, but not required · Strong skills in Excel a must.
