We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *F5 Engineer* position that will be based out in *Plano, TX*. *Job Title: F5 Engineer * *Location: Plano, TX* *Duration: 12 Months* *Job Responsibilities:* On a daily basis, you will perform load balancer and DNS operational duties including server and global load balancing changes, iRule development, DNS changes, environment troubleshooting, and certificate management. Participates in load balancer environment build activities. *Job Requirements: * · F5 Networks technologies, including LTM, GTM, APM, and ASM. · F5 components to protect against advanced DDoS attacks and other intrusions. · DNS infrastructure including root servers, Bind, DNS-SEC. · Understanding of complex interconnections with F5 component and other enterprise network technologies. · Configure and implementation of F5 technologies · Identify configurations of existing F5 appliances and document via Spreadsheet and Visio · Configure and maintain F5 LTM and GTM devices · Assist with maintain F5 devises for load balancing, authentication and high availability/disaster recovery · Will work collaboratively with other network engineers at all levels of experience Sonoma Consulting, Inc.
