Position: *PROJECT MANAGER* Location: MOORESVILLE, NC Duration: Long Term Rate:$55/hr Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities Ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization Ability to assess risk and apply management principles to various products and business functions Plans, monitors and supports mid-level projects from initiation through completion. Coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting and people management. Drives execution and monitors and reports project status; assesses the effectiveness and accuracy of documentation. Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions. Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques. Actively facilitates the work efforts of multiple functional resources through the project plan. Supports established scope control procedures. Analyzes and reports project status and research information; monitors project performance to maintain the quality of services, deliverables, and content. Collaborates and communicates with other project managers and leaders to coordinate cross-project initiatives and activities. Identify and eliminate obstacles to solution plans, business goals or implementation. Drives the development and implementation of contingency plans.
