Large-scale transformation project experience. • Bachelor's degree in information management, computer science, business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). • Develops information and data architecture practices using industry-proven frameworks and methodologies. • Provides thought leadership on advanced and emerging architecture and technology trends. • Translates HSB, MRAm and MR business and IT strategies into reference architectures and actionable architecture guidance (policies, principles, standards, guidelines). • Maintains data store inventories, road maps and rationalization plans. • Develops and maintains the information and data architectures for HSB's Integrated Business Platform. • Partners with Lead Business Architect to define data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data. • Member of the HSB Architecture Review Board (ARB) participating in architecture approach approval process and governing architecture certifications. • Mentors, coaches and assists data architects in creating actionable data architectures to ensure conformance, consistency and quality. • Assists data architects with enterprise impact assessments. • Manages the data architecture extended team.
