Job Title: Lead Java Developer Location: Boston, MA
Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone + Face to Face keys to the position · 10+ years of Java Development experience. Must have architecture experience as well. · Strong understanding and proven experience implementing REST web services in Java is required. Must be able to plan out the architecture and frameworks and then implement them. · Experience working with Spring is a must - Restful Web Services. Spring Boot is a + · Modest SQL skills are required - must be able to write queries, select statements and ideally stored procedures. We are using Oracle so PL/SQL would be a big + · This person needs to be resourceful and demonstrate ownership and initiative as they will be the only developer on the team. We may be looking to grow the team over time as this person will be the Lead resource. · Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Financial Services experience is a + · Mobile development experience is a nice to have Requirements · 7+ years of experience as a Software Developer supporting large application development life cycles · Strong understanding and proven experience implementing REST web services in Java is required · Strong understanding of Object Oriented concepts Demonstrated experience of Design and Development using Java based technologies.
