*Skills and Responsibilities:*

·         Troubleshoot and provide proactive support for more than 200+
production and non-production JVM’s running on various Middleware
Application servers, ensuring full compliance of the Service Level
Agreements (SLA). Research and analyze systems, design, implement and
conduct thorough Performance Test (PT) reviews in accordance with
Application Middleware Infrastructure to accommodate new systems to the
shared infrastructure and provide system capacity and enhancements. Provide
guidance at disaster recovery exercises. Break fix on application jobs and
claim, complete request tickets each month. Participate in 7x24 rotating
on-call pager support.

·         This includes monitoring and controlling the performance and
status of technology components, and providing technology component support
and problem resolution.

·         The TIBCO Administrator will manage and plan efforts to research,
design, and plans, and maintains new or existing hardware and software
technology components; utilize proven systems, scripting and developer
skills to execute on highly complex tasks related to hardware, software and
application technology component analysis and integration and incident and
problem resolution during testing and deployments.

·         The role also creates, reviews, and ensures updates are made to
the configuration management deployment, application back-out and
application validate and fail-over plans as needed.

·         Tasks and Responsibilities Solution support team experience with
a multi-faceted role; solving problems and diagnosing complex issues on
complex system.

·         Problem diagnosis, development of functional requirements, system
design documentation, system test plans and other related documentation.

·         Design, implement and manage TIBCO domains including resource
management, security policy management, and application management. Install
and configure TIBCO EMS highly available/fault tolerant servers, queues,
topics, routes, zones, users and groups.

·         Configure, deploy and migrate TIBCO projects across different
lifecycle environments using TIBCO Administrator GUI and scripted
deployments.

·         Troubleshoot and tune TIBCO installations, Business Works
processes/JVMs, and other processes. Research, evaluate, plan and implement
new technical products Discusses technical issues with the software and
hardware vendors Communicates technical issues with internal and external
clients Collaborate with other internal and external IT teams to ensure
effective systems availability
