*Please respond to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Position: Java Architect Location: Wayne, PA Duration: 12 Months Description: Senior Big Data Integration Developer/Architect • Build distributed, scalable, and reliable data pipelines that ingest and process data at scale and in real-time • Build Java programs to engineer and deploy automated data ingestion • Minimum 3 years’ experience on Cloudera Hadoop Distribution • Strong experience with Java, J2EE, Apache Kafka, HBase • Experience with code development frameworks – GitHub, Jenkins • Proficiency in Java, HDFS, Hbase, Hive, MapReduce, ETL, Kafka, Apache Sentry & Apache Solr • Proficiency in Hadoop data formats like AVRO & Parquet • Ability to work in fast paced, start-up kind of culture • Strong communication skills • Assignment duration 6 months Note from Manager Modeled around Java, and Java will play a very important role Candidate will work with HM and other team members to build a pipeline using java technologies Candidate must have a great understanding of Hadoop.
