*Position: QA Tester/ IVR* *Location: Indianapolis, IN * *Must be GC or US citizens!* *Essential Knowledge & Experience* • US citizen - 3-5+ years health care, call center technology & applications experience. Strong QA experience with executing enterprise call center testing. - Creation/utilization of automation scripts for monitoring & regression - Executing scripts and participating in load tests with PT vendors (e.g. EMPIRIX, Cyara, etc.) on telephony systems using test automation - Testing telephony systems including PBX and CTI functionality - Speech recognition, IVR, Chat - Genesys call routing software - Testing and defect tools (e.g. Rational CQ & QM) Role Requirements - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Facilitates test preparation and execution within timeline & with quality - Works with IT Quality Control Sr Advisor to understand and execute QA and SDLC processes and policies - Provide QA time estimates on project activities; contribute to process improvement - Interact with internal groups as part of test support activities - Manages the relationship with peers in IT and business for system(s) supported - Communicates testing risks and issues to IT Quality Control Sr Advisor, including mitigation strategies - Works with testing leadership to suggest optimal methods to employ to assure developed product conforms to requirements and design - Executes Test Data Mgmt, collection of requirements, evaluation of available data, ID gaps and owns test data provisioning tasks - Creates and executes the appropriate test assets (Test cases, scripts, metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design - Creates and maintains test cases and defects in repository - Executes testing and capture results across multiple testing phases, including CIT, SIT, UAT, Regression and Load - Creates project-related test assets with completeness and quality - Performs defect mgmt in tracking tool, captures status and collaborates with appropriate parties to assist in resolution of defect *Required Skills:* - Creates and executes the appropriate test assets (Test cases, scripts, metrics) to assure the developed application conforms to requirements and design - Creates and maintains test cases and defects in repository - Executes testing and capture results across multiple testing phases, including CIT, SIT, UAT, Regression and Load - Creates project-related test assets with completeness and quality - Performs defect mgmt in tracking tool, captures status and collaborates with appropriate parties to assist in resolution of defect Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *[email protected]* <[email protected]> *TekNavigators* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
