Candidates for this position are expected to be advanced professionals in test management, test case design, test execution, defect management and analysis. This position requires an experienced analyst who can partner effectively all levels of the organization, lead others, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions. This position is expected follow the Project Delivery Process and Testing process framework. *35% Test Management* - Coordinate, schedule, and maintain testing activities for complex projects. - Identify and prioritize resources to support and execute projects. Must coordinate 3rd party resources to conduct test execution activities. - Apply a specialized understanding of end-to-end controls, policies, standards and procedures used to validate business and regulatory controls. - Resolve complex risks/issues related to testing, including, but not limited to: training, execution, process governance, application, tools, resource management, metrics and logistics. - Verify results and creates complex reports based on findings. - Utilize KPI and metrics reports created by team to identify areas of improvement. *30% Test Planning and Test Case Design* - Provide comprehensive insight and expertise into the creation of testing plans and processes. Ensure process, data, and technology changes use technical business specifications in accordance with company standards. - Apply risk-based testing for a limited subset of the organization. - Develop and maintain test cases from functional or technical requirements. *30% Test Execution* - Act as key consult for all testing related execution processes and procedures within team. - May execute test cases and record results for complicated scenarios. - Preserve adequate records of testing information and findings. - Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement based on reports highlighting defects, defect counts, test results and test status. *5% Miscellaneous Duties* - Stay abreast on new technologies and testing techniques in the industry. - Assist in implementing new testing methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness of testing strategies. - Provide consulting input and assistance in the definition of the process level test approaches, as well as supporting major quality initiatives that span across a limited subset of the organization. - Collaborate with cross-functional/BU peers to ensure best practices are disseminated throughout a limited subset of the organization. - Provide coaching and/or training to more junior members of the team, including coaching core values. - Create and maintain long-term working relationships with technology teams, functional counterparts, vendors and business partners. - Engage and influence business sponsors and users and contribute to their targeted business outcomes *Required Qualifications* - Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience - 5 or more years successfully working as a testing analyst or related experience on medium to large scale projects - Proven record of interacting with multiple business units and functional teams - Experience managing vendors for professional testing services - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven conflict resolution skills - Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. - Experienced working with ambiguity - Strong problem solving/decision-making skills - Experience leading and influencing others, including senior level personnel - Established skills in identifying and developing strategies to address change management issues *Preferred Qualifications* - Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - Advanced knowledge of industry testing process and tools (i.e Tmap, ISTQB, HPALM, TFS) - Experience in managing blended onshore / offshore resources - Experience with in-house developed and package implementations. - Familiarity with Project Delivery Process (PDP) Methodology Thanks, *Regards,* *Rohith Chintha* *Mobile**Comm** Professionals Inc.* *465 W Pres George Bush Hwy, Ste 200* *Richardson, TX 75080* (*Desk:* *(972) 497-2120 FREE* (*Tel: (214) 575-4500 FREE x 223* 2*Fax: (214) 310-1065* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
