*Essential Skills:*



·         Service Now Administrator, Service Now Implementer.

·         A minimum of 10 years of experience with Service Now custom
development and configuration.

·         Service Now scripting experience using; JavaScript, Angular JS
(required for Fuji and Geneva), DHTML, CSS, Web Services (SOAP, REST),
Jelly (required for Dublin).

Configure/Customize the Service Now system:

·         Develop complex workflows

·         Build complex service requests from customer requirements

·         Request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows

·         Scripting tools and Service Now functionality to create scripts
to automate Tasks

·         Perform integrations including large data feeds

·         Process automation using Service Now Orchestration

·         CMDB understanding and integration.



*Role Description:*

This is a senior development role and as such the candidate may be required
to work without direct supervision while still adhering to agree upon
project specifications and timelines.

·         Hands on Service Now Engineer to develop, architect, design on
SNOW platform.

·         Demonstrate expertise in web application development, utilizing
current industry standard tools and framework

·         Own and understand the front-to-back software and hardware
technology profile of the SNOW environment and various
orchestration/automation integrations and related systems and data flows
firm wide.

·         Experience leading other developers and guiding technical projects

·         Create automated test plans and write tests

·         Ability to troubleshoot, performance tune and understand java
script code produced

·         Participate in functional and design meetings and reviews

·         Collaborate with business analysts and back-end developers to
define functional requirements and translate them into technical
requirements

·         Rapidly design, prototype and iterate on creative concepts to
meet the user requirements

·         Work with technology partners and vendors as required

·         Maintain a delivery-orientated approach to delivering content
