Duties: Installation, configuration , upgrade of Domino and same time servers Monitoring/troubleshooting all server tasks, monitoring mail routing NSD analysis and server crash report update Server task monitoring and schedule maintenance activity Other Lotus Notes administration tasks to promote server health and minimize server downtime Participate in complex or high severity troubleshooting and incident problem resolutions Administer of user accounts and Lotus Notes and same time client installation, updated configuration and troubleshooting. ID file management including certificate renewal, creation and deployment Policy creation , modification and deployment based on customer requirement Migration of user account to office 365 Bulk user registration and management Required Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge in IBM Domino and same time server deployed in windows, and Linux platform In-depth knowledge in Domino policy, ID vault , Certificate, NSD analysis, mail routing, Domino clustering Knowledge on same time server management, contact update Office 365 migration Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
