SharePoint preferred. • Knowledge and experience with working on AGILE Methodology. • Stakeholder coordination and management. • Ability to communicate at all levels of the business. • Technical background ideally within Managed Services and IT outsourcing industry • Strong knowledge and experience on Functional Requirement gathering and translating to Use Case , User Story , Functional Specification. • Understanding of Business Process Modelling using UML and Visio.
