I look forward to hearing from you. *Titles: DevOps engineer* *Location : **Wellington in Marlborough, MA* *Contract Length: 6-Months* *We are looking for candidates with a strong Linux background and build the linux infrastructure using AWS This person will be on call once every 3 weeks and it will be from 9am - 9pm.* *Keys to the Position:* · 5+ years’ experience on Red Hat Linux and VMware - They are both a requirement · 2+ years’ experience on AWS – VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53,ELB, CloudFormation and CloudWatch - AWS experience is a must · Candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Knowledge of storage platform – XtremeIO and VNX – this is a plus – should have some knowledge of storage platforms – we are using these systems · Knowledge of tomcat, apache web server, load balancer is a plus · Maintain, patch, ensure stability of the system, upgrade and move the environments to AWS. · Experience on developing automation code in SaltStack or Chef –this is a plus – prefer solid automation background · Having a coding background would be helpful *Description:* This individual, as part of the Corporate Platform Services, will be responsible for supporting Red Hat Linux, VMware and AWS platform.
