Position; Sr.PeopleSoft Test Engineer Location; Wilmington, Delaware Duration; Long term Ideally 4-10 points, or headings with sub-points. Quantify where possible e.g. cost/income budget, no of subordinates, likely no of yrs/mths to complete longest task. Could note key external/internal lateral relationships) Delivery o Review requirements and design specifications with an emphasis towards product testability o Develop PeopleSoft test strategies with developers, and team members o Design and execute manual testing o Ensure traceability of testing across all layers and test types o Manage test data o Identify and report risks associated with development and delivery o Identify, implement, manage and report appropriate metrics o Work with the Quality Assurance organization to ensure established procedures, standards and processes are utilized consistently o Maintains quality standards for own work; detail-oriented o Develop and sustain positive relationships with peers Administration o Manage the adherence and quality of all Administrative responsibilities according to prescribed timelines including: § Performance Development Process (FTE only) § Timesheets § Information Security Training and Acceptable Use Policy submissions o Support Quality Assurance goals Person Specification (Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills, competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience.
