*Job Description:*

This individual performs advanced troubleshooting at the application level.
Using his/her prior developer expertise, he/she will identify the area of
fault (code, environment, or configuration) and guide the appropriate team
in constructing and implementing the fix. The specialist is individually
responsible for delivering technical diagnosis and solution prescription
within his/her specific technology expertise and assigned applications.

This individual will be expected to work, on a frequent or regular basis, a
later work shift from 12pm to 8pm. Work duties will leverage telecommuting
technologies and practices, working from home at least 50% of the time.

At least 2 years prior experience with troubleshooting at the application
level. Working knowledge of the specific technology/tools/applications
relevant to both the particular focus area and to a customer service
environment.
Excellent verbal and written communications and ability to interact with
all levels of the organization.
Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in computer science,
information technology or a related discipline.

Expert knowledge of MS Excel and Visual Basic for Application (VBA).

Experience in batch management.

Proven knowledge of HTML.

Working Knowledge of middleware / Web Services ( XML & Java ) a plus.

Working knowledge of dqMan and WinSCP a plus.

Standard shift is 12pm-8pm, working largely from home with a percentage of
time spent in the PwC office.
